I use strategic planning to create a programme in which aims to help relieve symptoms, or set you on the journey to recovery. I can work with a wide range of conditions from your emotional well being and mental health, endocrine disorders such as obesity and diabetes, respiratory disorders such as asthma and COPD, and musculoskeletal problems such as arthritis, osteoporosis and lower back pain.
Due to the sensitive nature of this form of training, I work with you much more closely than the average personal training package, health and safety are at the forefront of training, and progress is tracked at more regular intervals. Sessions are delivered in a manner in which makes you feel comfortable and happy, and programmes are designed to achieve realistic and positive results, in all aspects of your life, not just your exercise goals.
